You can delete your account inside the app, or submit a deletion request here.

Delete inside the app (instant)

If you can log in, this is the fastest method.

  1. Open PrymeStudy
  2. Go to Profile → Security
  3. Scroll to Delete Account
  4. Enter your password and confirm

Submit deletion request

Use the email linked to your account. If the email exists, we will process deletion.

Typical processing: within 7 days. Some records (e.g., payment ledgers/security logs) may be retained where legally required, but will be anonymized where possible.
