These terms govern your use of PrymeStudy.
1) Acceptance
By using PrymeStudy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2) Accounts & Eligibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate information (institution/department/level where required).
- We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
3) Platform Rules
- No harassment, hate, threats, or illegal content.
- No spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse.
- Respect institution scopes and moderation rules.
4) Content, Materials & Responsibility
Materials and posts may be uploaded by users or institutions. We moderate where possible, but you use content at your own risk. Report harmful or incorrect materials via the in-app reporting tools.
5) Payments, Wallet, Subscriptions
- Wallet funding and subscriptions are processed via approved payment providers.
- Digital items/credits may be non-refundable once consumed.
- We may change pricing with notice inside the app.
6) AI Features
AI outputs are assistance tools, not guarantees. Always verify with your course materials and lecturers/tutors. Abuse of AI features may result in rate limits or restrictions.
7) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal compliance.
